In case you haven’t noticed, Spellbinders Paper Arts has recently unveiled a new look and logo as well as some brand-spanky new products from the designer Richard Garay, called “Celebra’tions.”
They lovely folks at Spellbinders sent me an assortment from the new line, so I made you a video to share it all with you!
What do you think? Do you like the new look? See anything you can’t live without? We’d love to hear from you!

Love the new packaging!! So nice to use the original packaging to store the dies. I really need that new medallion stamp! I like the pierced holes on the oval dies too.

I have to laugh. I noticed at the opening of this video that your craft room looks well used…again…as usual. We must all go through that when we’ve been working. I have to clean mine up; I need the room for the sewing machine. Anyway, first thought, do you think it’s the ink pads or the stamps that are more of the problem. I have more trouble with stamps that are not foam backed. I do love that doily stamp though. What ink did you use and did you compare the ink with Hero Arts?

Love the doily stamp. Wish you would have had time to use the texture plate on a tag die cut tho. And honestly, when I saw your craft room behind you, I felt like I was HOME. Mine looks just like yours!

Jenny – I totally love your site. I only wish that I knew where to find all the wonderful products that you speak of. Michael’s certainly doesn’t have them. I think that I will try Amazon – they MAY have them. gb
Georgia Browne says
Yes, yes, yes – found them on Amazon. gb

If you noticed, I compared the same stamp with two kinds of stamp inks. The fact that I got a clearer image from the Hero Arts Dye Ink pad indicates that the issue with with the ink, not the stamp. 🙂
Jenny says
I love the packaging, too! YAY FOR LESS PLASTIC! And a reusable one, too. That doily is gorgeous in real life. Must go make more things with it!

PS- I love the comments on my craft room. YES, well-used, well-loved and ALWAYS in need of a cleaning…. 🙂

I always love it when they send you some papers and dyes and you make cards!!!

I love the tag die and doily stamp. The tag stamps are cute but I agree the image is not clear(maybe because of the ink used). Thanks for testing new product. And paper colors are great too.

Hey Jenny
Im starting to feel like your my BFF< I watch every video you make and I see you now and then on TV. I have been watching some of last years Scrapbook soup shows and have seen you there alot too!!!
So on to this video. First I love Spellbinders. I love the Celebrations line. The paper is cute, especially the pennant page. I like the new dies…my fav so far would be the tags and the nesting circles. THe stamps are nice that they work with the tags. I also adore the doily too. I was kind of disappointed in their inks. TO bad they aren't so great. I like a crisp clear ink. And the luster…..can't decide about that. I like shimmery stuff like you do, but not the nail polish brush. So this video was right on the money as far as the products go. You and I seem to have about the same taste in products (not quite, but close) but more than anything, I LOVE to see you critique all the new stuff. I hardly buy anything new anymore until I hear from you.
Happy Crafting my friend
See you soon
