Craft Room Confessional: How I Organize My Stickers and Rhinestones

December 23, 2014

I love “bling”- and it seems that adhesive stickers and rhinestones are a staple in many crafters’ stashes. But how do you keep them organized? Here is my solution!

craft room organization; storing rhinestones, pearls, and stickers!

I made you a quick 3 minute video:

Here are some of the supplies I used: these are affiliate links and if you make a purchase I will make a few pennies that help support free content here on CTD. Thank you!

Awesome idea. Mine are stuffed into a plastic bag and very frustrating to find!

How cool! I need to do that too. I keep mine in a box too and get frustrated trying to look through them. Thanks for another great idea!

This is the best idea I’ve seen out there for organizing these. I never wanted to take them off their packaging, but it’s awkward. This solves that problem. Thanks!

I think we have a new Jenny among us. It appears you are now working on organization and your craft room is looking pretty good these days! I love this idea, I do a similar thing and just slide the acetate backed items into a plastic sleeve that I cut and put a paper backing in. The sleeves I have are divided into 4 sections on each 8 1/2 x 11 page. I never thought of sticking them to the backing sheets, good idea. But you are right, I do not waste time looking for these anymore. Have a Merry Christmas!

Great idea. Right now I’m sorted more towards the lumpy bumpy in several ziplock bags and then hung on my floor clip-it-up. I think that’s what it’s called. I’m having one of those low brain function moments!

I just got new containers for mine. I wish I would have watched this first! Such a great idea.

I used this idea. I like it but I had so much that I purchased the 8 1/2 x 11 album. I had to tie a wide ribbon around it to keep it close. I even bought pocket pages(for baseball cards) for small embellies. I’m still trying to get use to it. I have lost a few rhinestones pulling in and out of the protectors at crops. I am think of cutting the protector, on the side and bottom and using velco to keep them close. But this is still a working progress. Thanks for your idea. I think once I use the mounds of bling it will become a more of a usable storage. But at least I can see it all and use it.
