    Crocus (not sure if that’s the correct spelling), but they are the first flowers that bloom. A sure sign of Spring in the Northwest.

    My favorite spring flower is also the hyacinth. The scent says spring to me and every year I buy a new one from the store and then plant it in my garden after it stops flowering! (I just wish they were taller so I don’t have to bend so far over to smell them in the garden!!!) I do also like lilies, the fragrance of Easter lilies will fill the whole room, and freesia.

    Happy Birthday! I hope your day is wonderful. Thank you for giving a gift to someone else on your day and thank you for all the useful and creative posts. Its hard to pick my favorite spring flower since I’m a pressed flower artist, I love them all. If I had to pick I would say it’s forsythia. It glows like it has lights in it, even on gray, gloomy days.

    I love the combination of lilacs and snowballs. When I was a kid My Mom helped a neighbor girl plan her wedding and I remember how beautiful the church looked with that combination of flowers.

    I love plumeria’s…they have a sweet smell and and like making Leis. I faithfully follow you on all of your creative outlets and love that you test items in way that I would normally be chicken to try…with you testing to see what they can do makes me a more satisfied purchaser and my hubby is happy too….LOL thank you

    The flower I associate with spring is the dandelion. I know that technically they are a weed, but when a sweet little one brings you one or a bunch (lots of times picked without the stem), it is a favorite. Can’t help but see the beauty of it like they do. The real flower would be the lilacs.
